How To Serve Caviar

Caviar should be kept refrigerated (for up to 3 weeks) before use and consumed within 2-3 days after opening.

When serving caviar, leave it in the tin and put it in a bowl on top of ice to keep it chilled. Caviar should never be eaten with a metal spoon as this can impose an undesirable flavor on the caviar. Instead use a mother of pearl or plastic spoon for the best tasting experience.
