PETRUSCO SHIPPING POLICY 

At Petrusco, we go above and beyond to serve you the world's finest caviar in the fastest manner possible. We offer complimentary Overnight shipping on all of our products and take extra precautions with our carriers to ensure each package is delivered fresh to your doorstep.

In order to receive Overnight Shipping, we must receive your order by 12:00PM Pacific Time between Monday and Thursday. 

Our team does everything in our power to deliver your caviar on time, however, please note that holidays, severe weather, and unforeseen circumstances may force exceptions to the delivery schedule and expected delivery date. In summer months, please follow the directions in our real time shipping alerts to make sure your order is not left outside for long periods of time. IMPORTANT SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

• Shipments require a street address for delivery and any additional information important to your shipping address. Because our items are perishable, we do not ship to any PO boxes.
• Damage or spoilage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids any guarantee. Please verify your shipping address.

SHIPPING SUGGESTIONS

Ordering at the beginning of the week will allow us to do our best to accommodate special requests. Check for our real time shipping alerts to follow the status or your order. • In the event of severe weather, we will sometimes delay shipment in order to ensure the package will arrive to you in perfect condition. We will contact you if this happens.
