PETRUSCO REFUND POLICY
We aim to make all our customers happy, so if there is a problem with your order please reach out to us by e-mail at tsar@petruscocaviar.com or by phone at (323) 817-0098.
We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your products to request a return.
To start your return, please e-mail us at tsar@petruscocaviar.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
REFUND PROCESS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
RULES & RESTRICTIONS
- Refunds will be given in the same amount and issued to the same form as payment that was made on the original order.
- Refunds only apply to purchases made at PetruscoCaviar.com, and not those where products are purchased through any of our retailer partners.
In the case of orders placed at PetruscoCaviar.com, Petrusco does not issue refunds or replacements if:
- The order is unable to be delivered and/or arrives late due to incorrect, invalid, or incomplete addresses entered by the consumer.
- Delivery problems are specifically caused by the shipping company.
- Delivery is delayed or affected by weather and/or acts of god.
- Products are improperly handled/stored after being successfully delivered.
- A delivery/shipment is refused by the recipient and/or returned to Petrusco Caviar without authorization.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
