How To Cook Wagyu Steak

Wagyu NY strip is versatile and adapts to your culinary preferences for a truly unique dining experience. Wagyu steak should be cooked at room temperature rather than cold to ensure the luscious marbling is distributed evenly while cooking. 

A variety of seasonings and marinades as well as salt and pepper pair well with Wagyu, or you can simply cook the unseasoned steak in its purest form. We recommend pan-searing Wagyu to achieve a tender, juicy steak with a beautiful golden-brown crust. For the perfect medium-rare, sear each side for 3-5 minutes to preserve the delicate flavors. The internal temperature should be 130-140°F.
