How To Serve Caviar

Caviar should be kept refrigerated (for up to 3 weeks) before use and consumed within 2-3 days after opening.

When serving caviar, leave it in the tin and put it in a bowl on top of ice to keep it chilled. Caviar should never be eaten with a metal spoon as this can impose an undesirable flavor on the caviar. Instead use a mother of pearl or plastic spoon for the best tasting experience.

This product is perishable and will be shipped by Overnight Shipping. To ensure optimal freshness, we package our products with a FreshTag to ensure caviar is kept at the correct temperature throughout delivery.

Orders placed Monday-Thursday before 1 PM PST (10 AM EST) will be shipped same day and delivered the next day. Orders outside of this window will be shipped on the next business day.
