What Does Caviar Taste Like?

Really good caviar tastes less salty (which means it must be very fresh because it spoils easily). The distinctive aspect of caviar is its texture. The eggs melt on your tongue, and the rich, slightly sweet taste oozes into your mouth.

To ensure our caviar remains in peak condition, we package fresh and offer overnight shipping. Enjoy your caviar within 48 hours after opening for the purest flavor.

How To Serve Caviar

Caviar should be kept refrigerated (for up to 6 weeks) before use. When serving caviar, leave it in the tin and put it on ice to keep it chilled. Caviar should never be eaten with a metal spoon as this can impose an undesirable flavor on the caviar. Instead use a mother of pearl or plastic spoon for the best tasting experience.
