Great Caviar - easy to enjoy at home

I've ordered several tins of caviar from Petrusco. It's always excellent and great service. I'd encourage anyone to try it. I simply cut the crusts off an english muffin, toast it, add some creme creme fraiche, slather on the caviar, top with chives and some lemon juice. Simple, yet delicious.
